Utah-based Divvy, a modern payment and expense management platform for business, has raised $200 million in Series C financing. New Enterprise Associates led the round with participation from return backers Pelion Venture Partners and Insight Venture Partners.

UiPath, a robotic process automation software company, has raised $568 million in Series D funding. Coatue led the round with participation from other investors that included Dragoneer, Wellington, Sands Capital, T. Rowe Price Associates, Accel, CapitalG, Sequoia, IVP and Madrona Venture Group.
SpeQtral, a builder of space-based quantum communication systems, has raised $1.9 million in seed funding. Space Capital led the round.
Chicago-based SMS Assist, a facilities management technology company, has appointed Marc Shiffman as CEO. SMS Assist's backers include Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Huizenga Capital Management, Insight Venture Partners and Goldman Sachs Investment Partners.
