Artemis Health said Aug. 16 that it raised $16 million in Series B funding led by F-Prime Capital. Previous investors Maverick Ventures and Kickstart Seed Fund also participated. Artemis, of Salt Lake City, offers a benefit optimization data platform for employers.

Deposit Solutions said Aug. 14 that it has acquired Savedo. Financial terms weren’t announced. Savedo, of Berlin, provides a platform for retail deposits. Deposit Solutions has raised 25 million euros ($29.5 million) in venture capital funding from investors including Greycroft Partners, FinLab, e.ventures, Valar Ventures and Peter Thiel.

Circulation, of Boston, provides a digital platform to coordinate non-emergency transportation for areas of healthcare.
