Akili Interactive to go public via merger with Social Capital SPAC

Akili Interactive, a digital medicine company, has agreed to go public via a merger with Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp I, a blank check company led by Chamath Palihapitiya and Kishen Mehta.
