Uncork Capital, a backer of unicorns Poshmark and Postmates, has raised $100 million for its sixth main early-stage fund and $100 million for its second opportunity fund to back existing portfolio companies. Regulatory filings for the main fund and the opportunity fund, called Uncork Plus II, indicate a small amount of capital has yet to be raised, but a source said the funding is wrapped for each at $100 million.

Oak HC/FT, which last week announced it raised $800 million for its oversubscribed third fund, announced several promotions. Nancy Brown, who joined the firm in 2014 and focuses on growth equity and early stage venture deals in healthcare, was named general partner.
San Francisco-based Armory, which commercializes Spinnaker, an open source platform for delivering software, announced it has raised a $28 million Series B round led by Insight Partners. The round also included follow-on investments from all existing investors, including Crosslink Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, Mango Capital, Y Combinator and Javelin Venture Partners.
