Wool and the Gang has secured $2.8 million funding. The investment round was led by Index Ventures and Wellington Partners, together with MMC Ventures and a number of other tech investors. Wool and the Gang is a global handcrafted and knitted fashion brand.
BlueTarp Financial, a credit provider for the building supply industry, has closed a $15 million equity round led by new investor Long Ridge Equity Partners. BlueTarp's existing investor group, including Highland Capital Partners, Flybridge Capital Partners, Village Ventures and Trinity Ventures also participated in the round.

Arthurian Life Sciences Limited, manager of the Wales Life Sciences Investment Fund, has arranged a 12.8 million pounds ($19.6 million) funding commitment from the Welsh Government to enable ReNeuron to relocate to Wales and continue to grow the unique stem cell R&D, clinical trials and manufacturing base of the company. The funding package is made up of 5 million pounds direct equity investment from the Wales Life Sciences Investment Fund and a 7.8 million pounds commitment of non-dilutive grants from the Government.

IHS is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and provides a range of global sales & marketing, distribution, and training services to independent hotels and regional hotel groups.
Huddle has entered into a partnership with UK reseller Softcat. Huddle provides next generation content collaboration for government and enterprises and is backed by venture capital firms DAG Ventures, Eden Ventures, Matrix Partners and Jafco Ventures.
