CircleCI has secured $1.5 million in seed funding from investors in the cloud and agile development space. Backers include Heroku founder James Lindenbaum, SV Angel, 500 Startups, Hiten Shah from Kissmetrics, Jason Seats, founder of Slicehost, and Eric Ries.
German online shop for everyday baby products windeln.de has completed a new round of financing. The funding was raised from existing investors DN Capital and Acton Capital Partners with new investors MCI and 360 Capital Partners joining the investor group. DN capital and MCI co-led this round.

Sirona Biochem Corp has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 27,000,000 units of the company at a price of US$0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of up to US$2,700,000. The placement is being led by U.S. life sciences investor Moody Capital Solutions.
International Silver has signed a second amendment to its convertible note purchase agreement with ISLV Partners for additional gross proceeds of approximately $2,200,000. Under the terms, ISLV Partners loaned an initial amount of $1 million and shall have the right to loan an additional amount of up to $1,200,000 by April 15, 2013.

Fortumo, a mobile payments company with offices in Estonia, San Francisco and Beijing, has secured Intel Capital and Greycroft Partners as new investors in a growth round of financing. Prior to the funding, Fortumo has been majority-owned by Mobi Solutions, an Estonian mobile solutions company, which will remain a shareholder.
Online training platform Mindflash has raised an additional $3.5 million in funding from its original backer, Investment Group of Santa Barbara, CA. The new investment brings the startup's total funding since 2011 to $7.5 million.
