Convertro has closed a $5 million Series B round of funding. The funding round, which was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and DAG Ventures, will support the ramp up of Convertro’s sales and marketing organizations in New York City, Asia, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Social platform Tongal has announced a $15 million Series B investment from Insight Venture Partners. Tongal plans to use the funding to accelerate the build-out of its global creative community and to support plans for rapid expansion.

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based technology firm Blue Medora has secured an additional $1.25 million in growth capital from two West Michigan-based angel investment groups. The investment includes $500,000 from Start Garden, a Grand Rapids startup seed fund started by Rick DeVos as well as $750,000 in funds from the Grand Angels, a regional angel investment group.
Cloud-based enterprise performance management provider Host Analytics has closed $17 million in Series D venture financing. The round was fully financed by the company's existing investors Advanced Technology Ventures, Trident Capital, StarVest Partners and Next World Capital.
SR Labs, a provider of high-performance electronic-trading solutions for the global financial services industry, has completed a $53 million investment from Insight Venture Partners. SR Labs will use the capital to expand its sales and marketing operations, accelerate its growth outside of North America, and to continue to fund product innovation.
