BigPanda Inc, a provider of an autonomous operations platform, has raised $50 million in Series C funding. Insight Partners led the round with participation from return backers Sequoia, Battery Ventures and Mayfield.

Munich and New York-based Celonis, a provider of process mining and process excellence software, has raised approximately $290 million in Series C funding. Arena Holdings led the round.

California-based AN2 Therapeutics Inc, a biopharmaceutical company focused on infectious diseases, has raised $12 million in Series A financing. Mountain Group Partners led the round with participation from Adjuvant Capital, Brii Biosciences and BioRock Ventures.
Banyan Security, a provider of cloud-centric secure remote access solutions, has raised $17 million in funding. Shasta Ventures led the round with participation from Unusual Ventures.
Singapore-based GuardRails, a SaaS-based software security provider, has secured $750,000 in seed financing. Cocoon Capital led the round.
Forge Global Inc, a marketplace for pre-IPO securities, has appointed Jose Cobos as chief revenue officer. Cobos is the former head of technology capital markets for the New York Stock Exchange. Founded by Y Combinator alumni, Forge's investors include Tim Draper, Peter Thiel, FT Partners and Munich Re.
