Pilot Growth Management LLC has raised $45 million for its second growth equity fund. With offices in Francisco, New York, and Washington, DC, Pilot Growth is a technology growth equity firm.
Panacea Venture has closed its inaugural healthcare fund at $180.5 million, beating its $150 million target. Panacea Venture Healthcare Fund I's backers include endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, pension programs, consultants, fund-of-funds, asset managers and family offices. Atlantic-Pacific Capital was the placement agent.
Future Positive Capital has raised $57.1 million for its new fund. The initial target was $55 million. The backers include Bpifrance, Draper Esprit, the European Investment Fund and Isomer Capital. The Paris and London-based firm "backs companies that use advances in artificial intelligence, synthetic biology, genetics, and other deep technologies to solve the world's most pressing challenges such as sustainably feeding the world’s growing population, combating climate change and serving the ageing population."
