Crusoe Energy Systems Inc, a technology driven flare mitigation provider, has secured $4.5 million in seed financing round. Bain Capital Ventures and Founders Fund Pathfinder led the round with participation from Wicklow Capital, Winklevoss Capital and Dragonfly Capital Partners.
Immortals, an esports organization, has raised $30 million in Series B funding. The investors included AEG, Lionsgate, the Milken Family, Steve Kaplan, Meg Whitman and March Capital Partners. Also, Immortals has acquired Gamers Club, a Brazilian game matchmaking platform for an undisclosed sum. And, Immortals has rebranded to Immortals Gaming Club.
Bridge Investments has raised $4.15 million for its second venture fund, according to an SEC filing. The target is $50 million.
India-based ftcash, a fintech startup, has raised INR 50 crores (about $7.2 million) in Series A funding. Accion and FMO led the round with participation from IvyCap Ventures.

Washington, D.C.-based TransitScreen, a provider of real-time transportation information software, has raised $3 million in funding. The investor was TIMIA Capital.
