Otrium, an online fashion outlet, has secured 7 million euros in Series A funding. Index Ventures led the round. In addition to the funding, Danny Rimer, a partner at Index Ventures, has joined Otrium's board.
Oxford Finance LLC has provided a $60 million loan to Hayward, California-based RefleXion Medical Inc, a biotargeting oncology company. Armentum Partners served as financial adviser to RefleXion Medical on the financing. RefleXion is backed by TPG Growth/The Rise Fund, Sofinnova Partners, KCK Group, Venrock, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc, GT Healthcare Capital Partners, Pfizer Venture Investments and Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JJDC Inc.

In conjunction with the funding, Peter Liguori, former president and CEO of Tribune Media, will join VideoAmp as a senior adviser and its board of directors while Erik Hodge, managing director and head of Raine Group’s Los Angeles office, will also join the board of directors.
Seoul, South Korea-based ON Communications Co, a subsidiary of I-ON Digital Corp, an enterprise software company, has secured about $500,000 in funding. The investor was UTC Investment Co, a South Korea-based technology-focused venture firm.
San Francisco-based Golden, a self-constructing knowledge database built by artificial and human intelligence, has raised $5 million in seed funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round.
Arlington, Virginia-based DivvyCloud, a provider of security and compliance automation for public cloud and container infrastructure, has secured $19 million in funding. Providence Strategic Growth led the round with participation from MissionOG and RTP Ventures.
