Convercent said Thursday that it has secured $10 million in Series B funding. SAP Ventures led the round with participation from existing investors Azure Capital, Rho Capital Partners and Mantucket Capital. Also, Doug Higgins, managing director at SAP Ventures, will join the Convercent board. And, City National Bank has increased its debt facility by an undisclosed amount to Convercent. Based in Denver, Convercent is a provider of integrated culture and compliance solutions.
Iris Mobile said Thursday that it has closed $3 million in Series A financing. Origin Ventures led the round with participation from Illinois Ventures, Hyde Park Venture Partners, Hyde Park Angels and OCA Ventures. Based in Chicago, Iris Mobile is a mobile marketing company.
WebRadar has received an undisclosed amount of equity financing. Citrix led the round with participation from Intel Capital. Based in Brazil, WebRadar is a provider of big data solutions and analytics for the telecom, transportation and energy sectors.
Formlabs said Thursday that it has closed $19 million in Series A financing. DFJ Growth led the round, with participation from Pitango Venture Capital, Innovation Endeavors and unnamed returning angel investors. Based in Somerville, Mass., Formlabs is a provider of accessible digital fabrication tools for designers, engineers, and artists.
Mobiles Republic said Wednesday that it has received $6 million in Series B funding. Intel Capital led the round with participation from XAnge Private Equity and Creathor Venture. Headquartered in San Francisco, Mobiles Republic is a syndicator of news apps for mobile devices.
Gravitant has closed $10 million in Series B funding. New investor Corsa Ventures led the round with participation from existing investor S3 Ventures. Based in Austin, Texas, Gravitant is an enterprise cloud brokerage and management software company.
Outbrain has raised $35 million in funding. HarbourVest led the round with participation from Carmel Ventures, Index Ventures, Gemini Israel Ventures, GlenRock Israel, Rhodium, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Vintage Partners. Based in New York, Outbrain is a content discovery platform.
Gainspeed has received an undisclosed amount of Series B funding in a round led by Juniper Networks. Based in Sunnyvale, Calif., Gainspeed is a provider of solutions for cable networks. In addition to Juniper Networks, Gainspeed is backed by NEA, Andreessen Horowitz and Shasta Ventures.
Nutonian has closed $4 million in Series A funding. Atlas Venture led the round. Based in Cambridge, Mass., Nutonian is the developer of Eureqa, a machine learning platform.
Bromium said Wednesday that it has closed $40 million in Series C funding. New investor Meritech Capital Partners led the round with participation from return backers Andreessen Horowitz, Ignition Partners, Highland Capital Partners and Intel Capital. Also, Rob Ward, managing director at Meritech Capital, will join the Bromium board. Based in Cupertino, Calif., Bromium is a provider of computer security solutions.
