Columbia Pacific Capital Management also participated in the round. Based in Seattle, Optimum Energy is a provider of enterprise optimization solutions.
XO1 Ltd, a biotechnology company, said on Monday that it has raised $11 in Series A financing from Index Ventures. According to XO1, the funding will be used to develop an anticoagulant drug. Also, Kevin Johnson, a partner at Index Ventures, will join XO1's board.

Lolly Wolly Doodle is a social commerce apparel company based in Lexington, North Carolina.
NuMat Technologies said on Wednesday that it has completed $2 million in seed funding. The lead investor was the GOOSE Society of Texas. The Owl Investment Group also participated in the round. Based in Skokie, Illinois, NuMat Technologies is a provider of materials technology.
Idomoo, an Israeli-based video platform, said on Wednesday that it has received $9 million in equity funding. The lead investor was New York-based Marker LLC. Also, Ohad Finkelstein, portfolio manager at Marker LLC will join Idomoo's board.
