The New York branch of Deutsche Bank AG, KeyBank National Association, EverBank Commercial Lender Finance, Inc. and MUFG Union Bank, N.A., served as lenders.
Sun Basket, a healthy cooking service, has raised a total of $57.8 million. Included in this amount is $42.8 million in a Series D funding round led by August Capital and $15 million in debt financing from Trinity Capital Investment.

The stock began trading January 25, 2018 on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "MNLO." Jefferies LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Guggenheim Securities LLC are the lead underwriters. The investors included VenBio, Novo Holdings A/S, Rock Springs Capital, Aisling Capital, Bay City Capital, Vivo Capital, Presidio Partners, Remeditex and F-Prime Capital.
Tender Armor LLC, a global fraud prevention payments technology provider, has raised "multi-million dollar" Series A funding. Aubrey Strul and Barry Beck led the round.
