Redwood City, California-based Sumo Logic, a machine data analytics platform provider, has acquired FactorChain, an early-stage security company. No financial terms were disclosed. Sumo Logic is backed by Accel Partners, DFJ, Greylock Partners, IVP, Sequoia Capital and Sutter Hill Ventures.
Zylo, an enterprise SaaS optimization platform, has closed $9.3 million in Series A funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Salesforce Ventures, the Slack Fund, High Alpha Capital, GGV, SV Angel and Hyde Park Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Byron Deeter of Bessemer Venture Partners will join Zylo’s board of directors.
SheerID, a digital verification platform provider, has secured $18 million in Series B funding. Centana Growth Partners led the round.
Menlo Park, California-based Unravel Data, an application performance management platform for big data, has secured $15 million in Series B financing. GGV Capital led the round with participation from Microsoft Ventures and Menlo Ventures.
San Francisco-based Lenda, a online mortgage lender, has raised $5.25 million in Series A financing. SF Capital Group led the round with participation from other investors that included CreditEase Fintech Investment Fund and Rubicon Venture Capital.
Aspect Ventures has raised $181 million for its second venture fund. The fund will focus on early-stage tech companies.
