Emeryville, California-based Gritstone Oncology, a personalized cancer immunotherapy company, has named Jean-Marc Bellemin as executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer. His appointment became effective January 5, 2018. Previously, Bellemin worked at Actelion Pharmaceuticals USA where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Gritstone Oncology's backers include Versant Ventures, The Column Group, Clarus Funds, Frazier Healthcare Partners, RedMile, Casdin Capital, Lilly Asia Ventures, Trinitas Capital, GV, Alexandria Venture Investments and Bay City Capital.
San Francisco-based Rainforest QA, a provider of on-demand quality assurance solutions, has raised $25 million in Series B funding. The investors were Silicon Valley Bank, Bessemer Venture Partners, Sutter Hill Capital, Rincon Ventures and Initialized Capital. 
Austin-based HNI Healthcare, a physician practice management company, has raised $32.64 million in Series E financing. The investors were Bison Capital and Spindletop Capital.
Insignary, a provider of open source software security and compliance, has secured $2 million in Series A funding. The investors were Mega Investment, Samho Green Investment and Innopolis Partners.
Utah-based PrinterLogic, a provider of enterprise print management software solutions, has secured $15 million in Series A funding. Mercato Partners led the round. In conjunction with the funding, Greg Warnock, a managing director at Mercato Partners will join PrinterLogic’s board of directors.
Springbuk, a provider of employer-facing health intelligence software, secured $20 million in Series B financing. HealthQuest Capital and Echo Health Ventures led the round with participation from Lewis & Clark Ventures and Elevate Ventures.
Osage University Partners has promoted Claudia Dunnous to chief financial officer and Beth Grafstrom to vice president of finance. Dunnous first joined the venture firm that invests in university startups in 2006 while Grafstrom came on board in 2015. Also, OUP made two additional promotions: Dr. Stephanie Stehman is now principal and Dr. David Dorsey has become a senior associate.
Law firm Perkins Coie has appointed Matt Kirmayer as a partner in the emerging companies and venture capital practice. Previously, Kirmayer worked at Lowenstein Sandler LLP in the Palo Alto, California office where he was a member of the tech group.
Emeryville, California-based Bolt Threads, a developer of programmable fibers and fabrics, has secured $123 million in Series D funding. Baillie Gifford led the round with participation from Fidelity Management and Research Company, Formation 8/BUILDERS VC, Founders Fund and Temasek. Allen & Company LLC advised on the transaction and also participated in the round.
ADP has acquired New York City-based WorkMarket, a workforce management solutions provider. No financial terms were disclosed. WorkMarket was backed by Union Square Ventures, Spark Capital, Foundry Group and Accenture Ventures.
