New York-based Pager, a mobile-first patient engagement and care navigation platform for large health plans and health systems, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. Horizon Healthcare Services led the round with participation from other investors that included Lux Capital, Goodwater Capital, New Enterprise Associates and Vero Norte.
Danish fintech company Cardlay has raised $5 million in funding. The investors were SEED Capital and SEB Venture Capital.
San Francisco-based Nozomi Networks Inc, a provider of real-time cybersecurity and operational visibility for industrial control systems, has secured $15 million in Series B funding. The Invenergy Future Fund led the round with participation from THI Investments, GGV Capital, Lux Capital and Planven Investments SA.

Petal, a credit card startup, has raised $13 million in Series A financing. Valar Ventures led the round.
YieldStreet, the alternative investment platform, has raised $113 million in financing. Greycroft and Raine Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Saturn Ventures, Expansion Venture Capital and FJ Labs.
NiYO, an India-based fintech startup for salaried employees, has raised $13.2 million in Series A funding. The investors were Social Capital, JS Capital LLc, Horizons Ventures and return backer Prime Venture Partners.
Arctic Wolf Networks, a security operations center as-a-service company, has raised $16 million in funding. Sonae Investment Management led the round with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Knollwood Investment Advisory.
Raleigh, North Carolina-based Pendo, a creator of a product experience platform, has named Bill Binch as its first chief revenue officer. Binch is a former global sales executive at Marketo. Pendo is backed by Battery Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech Capital.
