Overland Park, Kansas-based Rx Savings Solutions, a provider of pharmacy transparency solutions, has secured $18.4 million in funding. McCarthy Capital led the round.
Los Angeles-based Enjoius, a lifestyle platform dedicated to entertaining and celebrating, has raised $1.4 million in seed funding. The investors included Nancy Tellem, Daniel Murray, Angela Mathes and Kent Wakeford.
Spot.IM, a technology company that enables publishers to increase and monetize social engagement on their own sites, has secured $25 million in Series C funding. Insight Venture Partners led the round with participation from previous backers Altair VC and Norma Investments, representing businessman Roman Abramovich.
VideoAmp, a software and data platform for TV and video advertisers, has named Luis Manrique as vice president of product. Previously, he worked at Google Programmatic Platforms where he was a leader of product and commercialization. VideoAmp's backers include Wavemaker Partners, Startup capital Ventures, Simon Equity Partners, GoAhead Ventures and Mediaocean, according to Crunchbase.
Brazil-based Mindset Ventures is seeking to raise around $25 million for its second fund. The fund will focus on investing between $200,000 and $1 million apiece in startups in the U.S. and Israel.
Tel Aviv, Israel-based Seebo, an internet of things platform, has raised an additional $8 million to its Series A funding round, adding the total tally to $16.5 million. The investors include Pritzker Group Venture Capital, TPY Capital, Viola Ventures and Global IoT Technology Ventures.
Healthcare startup Empiric Health, has secured $3 million in financing. The investor was Intermountain Healthcare.
Basking Ridge, New Jersey-based ElectroCore, a bioelectronic medicine healthcare company, has closed over $70 million in Series B financing. Core Ventures led the round.
Codiak BioSciences Inc, an exosome therapeutics company, has secured $76.5 million in Series C financing. Codiak's investors include ARCH Venture Partners, Flagship Pioneering, Fidelity Management and Research Company, the Alaska Permanent Fund, Alexandria Venture Investments, Qatar Investment Authority, Boxer Capital of the Tavistock Group, Sirona Capital, EcoR1 Capital and Casdin Capital.
Medical apparel brand Jaanuu has secured an undisclosed amount of funding. The investors included Dan Nordstrom, former co-president of Nordstrom and his Nordstrom family, Georg Richter, former president and COO of Guthy-Renker, Innovation Global Capital and Maywic Select Investments.
