Denver-based GoSpotCheck, a SaaS-based field execution management platform, has secured $21.5 million in funding. Insight Venture Partners and Point Nine Capital led the round.
London-based Deliveroo, an online food delivery company, has raised an additional $98 million to its Series F funding round, bringing the total tally to $482 million. T. Rowe Price Associates and Fidelity Management & Research Company led the round.
UK-based Bird.i, a satellite imaging and intelligence startup, has raised $2.6 million in funding. Accelerated Digital Ventures led the round with participation from Concrete VC, Frontline Ventures, Satellite Application Catapult Services and Scottish Investment Bank.

Alogent, which is backed by Battery Ventures, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Jwaala LLC, a provider of digital banking solutions for U.S. financial institutions. No financial terms were disclosed.
Paris-based Shippeo, a provider of a supply chain visibility platform, has secured 10 million euros in Series A funding. Partech Ventures and Otium Venture led the round.
Achieveit, which helps businesses "improve the execution of their strategic plans and growth initiatives," has raised $1.7 million in funding. The investor was BIP Capital.
Irvine, California-based Modulated Imaging Inc, a provider of imaging technology for preventing, diagnosing and curing medical conditions, has raised $2.86 million in Series A financing. Grey Sky Venture Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co and Fresenius Medical Care Ventures GmbH.
Arlington, Virginia-based Airside Mobile, a creator of a mobile passport app, has raised $6 million in Series A funding. Blazar Ventures and Grotech Ventures led the round with participation from Bain Capital Ventures and 8VC.
Engineering Capital has raised $47.5 million for its second fund, according to an SEC filing. In February 2015, the Palo Alto, California-based venture firm launched its debut fund at $32 million.
