Hamilton, Ontario-based Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has raised an additional $21 million in Series A funding, bringing the total tally to $46 million. The investors in this round included Adams Street Partners, Seroba Life Sciences and Varian Medical Systems Inc.
SpringWorks Therapeutics, a developer of potential new treatments for underserved patient communities, has launched with $103 million in Series A financing. The investors were Bain Capital Life Sciences, Bain Capital Double Impact, OrbiMed, Pfizer and LifeArc.
FEops, a Belgian personalized computer modeling solutions provider for structural heart interventions, has raised 6 million euros in funding. Valiance led the round with participation from return backers Capricorn and PMV.

Los Angeles-based Hyperloop One, the creator of the Hyperloop system, has secured $85 million in funding. The investors included Caspian VC Partners and OurCrowd.com.
New York City-based database software company MongoDB has filed for an $100 million IPO, according to an SEC filing. MongoDB is planning on listing the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "MDB." Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are listed as being among the leading underwriters. MongoDB's backers include New Enterprise Associates, Sequoia Capital, Union Square Ventures, Flybridge Capital Partners and T. Rowe Price, reported Crunchbase.
Boston-based ViralGains, a video ad journey platform for marketers, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. First Analysis led the round. Also, the company has secured $3.5 million in debt from Square 1 Bank.
Chicago-based S2G Ventures has raised $180 million for its second fund. Fund II will focus on the food and agriculture sector. Also, the firm has named Aaron Rudberg as managing director and chief operating officer.
Miami-based venture firm Rokk3r Fuel has named Salim Ismail as a general partner. Ismail is the chairman of the Fastrack Institute in Miami and chairman of ExO Works.
