San Francisco-based Aria Systems, a monetization platform provider, has raised $18 million in funding. Madison Bay Capital led the round with participation from Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, InterWest Partners and Venrock. In conjunction with the funding, Steve Reale, managing partner of Madison Bay Capital Partners and Drew Harman, director of InterWest Partners, have joined Aria Systems' board of directors.
Singapore-based payment solutions provider Red Dot Payment has raised over $5.2 million in funding. The investors included GMO Venture Partners, Wavemaker Partners, Skype co-founder Toivo Annus, MDI Ventures and DORR Group.
Columbus-based Signet Accel, a healthcare interoperability company, has secured $8 million in Series A funding. Edison Partners led the round.
Natick, Massachusetts-based Nasuni, a provider of cloud-scale enterprise file services, has raised $38 million in funding. Goldman Sachs Growth Equity led the round.
Silicon Valley-based 23andMe Inc, a consumer genetics and research company, has raised $250 million in financing. Sequoia Capital led the round. Allen & Company LLC advised 23andMe on the transaction.
MyndYou, a tech company that uses artificial intelligence to aid clinicians in tracking and addressing cognitive decline among seniors, has secured an undisclosed amount of seed funding. Howard Lee Morgan led the round with participation from other investors that included Musketeer Capital.
Newton Center, Massachusetts-based Cheetah Medical, a provider of non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring, has closed $11.76 million in funding. The investors included MVM Life Science Partners, Springfield Investment Management, Fletcher Spaght Ventures, HighCape Partners and Robert Bosch Venture Capital.
Paris-based DNA Script, a synthetic DNA manufacturer, has raised 11 million euros in Series A funding. The investors were Sofinnova Partners, Kurma Partners, Idinvest Partners, Illumina Ventures and Merck Ventures BV.
Paris-based SendinBlue, an international digital marketing suite for small businesses, has raised $36 million in Series A funding. Partech Ventures led the round.
San Francisco-based Lenda, a mortgage platform, has raised $5.25 million in Series A financing. SF Capital Group led the round with participation from CreditEase Fintech Investment Fund and Rubicon Venture Capital.
