NDP Media Corp, has raised $15 million in funding from unnamed investors.According to the company, the capital will be used for expansion, personnel hiring and research and development focused on big data. NDP Media Corp is the holding company for YeahMobi, a Chinese mobile app marketing service.
Reonomy said Tuesday that it has secured $3.7 million in Series A funding. SoftBank Capital led the round with participation from return backers Resolute Ventures, High Peaks Venture Partners, KEC Ventures and FinTech Collective. Also, Jeff Parker, the founder and former CEO of Thomson Financial, has been added to Reonomy’s board of directors. Based in New York City, Reonomy is a commercial real estate tech company.
Veeva Systems will launch a secondary public offering of its stock. The number of shares that will be sold have yet to be set. Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities will serve as lead underwriters. Based in Pleasanton, Calif., Veeva Systems is a provider of cloud-based software solutions for the global life sciences sector. It is backed by Emergence Capital Partners.
Security company Trustwave has acquired Cenzic. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Silicon Valley, Cenzic is a provider of security testing solutions for mobile, web and cloud apps. Cenzic's backers include Mohr Davidow Ventures, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Advanced Technology Ventures.
Data management platform Lotame has acquired AdMobius. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in San Mateo, Calif., AdMobius is a mobile audience management platform. It is backed by Opus Capital and Storm Ventures.
SummitIG has received an undisclosed amount of financing from ORIX Ventures and Columbia Capital. According to the company, the capital will be used for expansion. Headquartered in Dulles, Virginia, SummitIG is a custom network solutions and bandwidth infrastructure provider.
New York City-based content marketing platform Percolate said Tuesday that it has raised $24 million in Series B financing. Sequoia Capital led the round with participation from previous backers GGV Capital, First Round Capital, Lerer Ventures and WPP. Also, Percolate has added Mike Dixon of Sequoia to its board of directors.
Institutional trading network Liquidnet has acquired Vega-Chi. No financial terms were disclosed. Backed by Octopus Investments, Vega-Chi is a bond trading platform.
Agile Therapeutics has filed for an IPO. The number of shares that will be offered as well as the pricing terms of the stock have yet to be set. RBC Capital Markets and William Blair & Company will serve as the lead underwriters. Based in Princeton, NJ, Agile Therapeutics is a women's health specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing prescription contraceptives. Its backers include Aisling Capital, Care Capital, Investor Growth Capital, ProQuest Investments, Kaiser Permanente Ventures and Novitas Capital.
Nitrous.IO said Tuesday that it has secured $6.65 million in Series A funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round with participation from investors that included 500 Startups, Crunchfund, Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin and Golden Gate Ventures. In addition to the funding, Sunil Nagaraj of Bessemer Venture Partners has been added to the Nitrous.IO board. Based in Menlo Park, Calif., Nitrous.IO is a cloud-based developer platform.
