Retargeting platform AdRoll said Thursday that it has acquired Userfox. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in San Francisco, Userfox, which was backed by Y Combinator, is an e-mail retention service. AdRoll's backers include Foundation Capital, Accel Partners, Merus Capital and Peter Thiel.
Quantum Health, a healthcare company based in Columbus, Ohio, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. The investors included GE Ventures, the venture capital arm of GE and Altaris Capital Partners.
UICO said Thursday that it has received an undisclosed amount of funding. Beringea led the round with participation from existing investors Plymouth Venture Partners and Hyde Park Angels. Headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois, UICO is a touchscreen technology maker.
