Also, the company has named Andrew Burton as president and CEO. Based in Boston, Logentries is a cloud-based service provider for collecting and analyzing log data.
HuntForce has closed $400,000 in funding. Investors were Dundee Venture Capital, Treetop Ventures and Aviture President Mark Griffis. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, HuntForce is a deer hunting photo app.
Dataguise said Monday that it has completed $13 million in Series B funding. Toba Capital led the round with participation from an unidentified "leading electronic conglomerate." Based in Fremont, Calif., Dataguise is a provider of data privacy solutions.
Evolent Health said Monday that it has received $100 million in Series B financing. Investors included The Advisory Board Company, UPMC Health Plan and TPG Growth. Based in Arlington, Virginia, Evolent Health is a provider of health systems solutions.
HelloFresh has closed $7.5 million in Series C funding. Investors included Phenomen VC, Vorwerk Ventures, Holtzbrinck Ventures, Investment AB Kinnevik and Rocket Internet. Headquartered in Berlin, HelloFresh is an ecommerce food site.
Varentec said Monday that it has raised $8 million in Series B funding from Bill Gates and Khosla Ventures. Based in San Jose, Calif., Varentec is a provider of grid monitoring and power control solutions.
Twitch said Monday that it has closed $20 million in Series C funding. Thrive Capital led the round with participation from WestSummit Capital, Take-Two Interactive Software, Alsop Louie Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners. Twitch is a video platform for gamers.
PowerbyProxi said Monday it has raised $4 million in funding from Samsung Ventures Investment Corp. Also, Michael Pachos from SVIC has joined PowerbyProxi's board. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, PowerbyProxi, which is also backed by TE Connectivity and Movac, is a wireless power system maker.
Azimo has closed over $1 million in seed-funding from eVentures. Based in London, Azimo is a provider of lower-cost money transfer solutions.
PaletteApp said Monday that it has received undisclosed Series A financing. Batterson Venture Capital and Omphalos Venture Partners led the round with participation from Innovadex. Based in Chicago, PaletteApp is a provider of sample management and design solutions for designers, architects, general contractors and product manufacturers.
