3D Robotics has closed $30 million in Series B financing. Foundry Group was the lead investor. Existing investors True Ventures, O’Reilly AlphaTech Ventures and SK Ventures also participated in the round. Also, Foundry Group's Jason Mendelson joins 3D Robotics' board of directors. With offices in Berkeley, San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico, 3D Robotics is a provider of navigation and sensing solutions to customers using land, sea or air-based vehicles.
Liftopia said Friday that it has received $5 million in financing. Industry Ventures was the lead investor. New investors ru-Net, Thayer Ventures, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff, Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman and Walter Winshall participated in the round as did existing investors First Round Capital, Lowercase Capital, SK Ventures, Xandex and former Expedia CEO Erik Blachford. Based in San Francisco, Liftopia is a platform that serves the ski and mountain activity industry.
Qstream has closed $2.85 million in Series A funding. Frontline Ventures led the round with participation from Launchpad Venture Group. In conjunction with the funding, Shay Garvey, co-founder of Frontline Ventures, joins the Qstream board. Based in Burlington, Mass., Qstream is a provider of mobile sales solutions and analytics.
Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corp. said Friday that it has raised $21 million in equity and debt financing. Investors included Devon Park Bioventures, Rho Ventures, Care Capital, Medimmune Ventures, Pitango Venture Capital and Horizon Technology Finance Corp. Based in Lexington, Mass., Inotek is a maker of products that treat glaucoma.
Sharecare said Thursday that it has received an undisclosed investment from Nashville-based investment firm Heritage Group, bringing the company's total funding to $91 million. Also, Rock Morphis, managing director of Heritage Group, joins Sharecare's board of directors. Based in Atlanta, Sharcare is a health and wellness engagement platform.
Singulex said it has received a debt facility of up to $40 million from Oxford Finance and Silicon Valley Bank. Based in Alameda, Calif., Singular, which is backed by OrbiMed Advisors, Fisk Ventures and Jafco Co., is a developer of biomarker diagnostic systems.
FiscalNote has closed $1.2 million in seed funding. Investors included Mark Cuban, New Enterprise Associates and First Round Capital's Dorm Room Fund. FiscalNote is a real-time government analysis platform.
VictorOps said Thursday that it has raised $6.5 million in Series A financing. Costanoa Venture Capital led the round with participation from return backer Foundry Group. Based in Boulder, Colorado, VictorOps is a collaborative platform for DevOps teams.
Shopular said Thursday that it has received $6.4 million in Series A financing from Sequoia Capital. Also, Sequoia's Tim Lee has been named to Shopular's board of directors. Shopular, which was seeded by Y Combinator and various angel investors, is an app that helps consumers save money while shopping.
DoubleDutch said Thursday that it has closed $10 million in Series C funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round with participation from existing investors FLOODGATE Fund and Bullpen Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Byron Deeter, a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, joins DoubleDutch's board. Headquartered in San Francisco, DoubleDutch is a social events platform.
