Indianapolis-based BioCrossroads has raised $5 million for its targeted $12 million third fund, Indiana Seed Fund III, according to a regulatory filing. As part of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, BioCrossroads invests in life sciences companies based in Indiana and is led by David Lawther Johnson. Three investors have committed to the fund, according to the filing.
