Tellus LLC has raised a Series B round led by Carroll Capital LLC. Existing and new investors took part in the fundraise. Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce provided debt. Tellus, of Deerfield, Florida, provides electronic visit verification software to home health and long-term care markets. Bailey Southwell & Co provided financial advice to Tellus.
Deskforce said April 23 that raised a Series A financing round from Cornerstone Venture Partners. Financial terms weren’t announced. Deskforce, of Jerusalem, aims to help businesses with a full ecosystem of software that consolidate the business process and strengthen their business intelligence efforts.
KeepTruckin said April 23 that it raised $149 million in a Series D investment led by Greenoaks Capital. Existing investors IVP, GV, Index Ventures and Scale Venture Partners participated in the round. KeepTruckin provides fleet management solutions to connect trucks.
PathAI said April 17 that it raised $60 million in Series B funding led by General Atlantic. General Catalyst invested in the round and other existing investors. PathAI, of Boston, provides artificial intelligence-powered technology for pathology.
Verdemed Holdings Inc, a Canadian medical cannabis company that aims to improve the health of patients in Latin America, said April 16 that it raised $12.7 million in funding. The $12.7 million includes $650,000 in seed funding secured in late 2018, an initial capital installment of $6 million in convertible debt and a second installment of $6 million equity.
Outreach said April 17 that it raised $114 million in a Series E financing round led by Lone Pine Capital. Participating in the round were Meritech Capital Partners and new investor Lemonade Capital, Allison Bhusri's investment fund. Existing investors DFJ Growth, Four Rivers Group, Mayfield, Microsoft Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Spark Capital and Trinity Ventures also joined the round, bringing Outreach's total funding to date to $239 million. Outreach is a sales engagement platform.
Shedul.com said April 11 that it raised $20 million Series B funding led by Partech. Participating in the round were Target Global, BECO Capital, and FJ Labs. The fundraise included personal investments from entrepreneur Niklas Östberg, founder and CEO of Delivery Hero AG. Shedul.com is a booking platform for salons and spas.
Radar said April 11 that it raised $8 million A round led by Two Sigma Ventures. Participating in the round were Accel, Heavybit, Scott Belsky (Behance founder and Adobe chief product officer), and Ashley Smith (previously GitHub VP of marketing). Radar, of New York, is a location context platform.
NH TherAguix said April 11 that it closed a 13 million euros ($14.67 million) Series A round led by Bpifrance. Also participating were Supernova Invest, a previous investor, and Omnes and Arbevel. NH TherAguix is developing drug candidate AGuIX for the treatment of solid cancers.
ScoutBio said April 10 that it raised $20 million in Series B financing co-led by Digitalis Ventures’ Companion Fund and RiverVest Venture Partners. GreenSpring Associates as well as existing investors Frazier Healthcare Partners, Adage Capital Management and Correlation Ventures participated in the round. ScoutBio is a biotech focused on pet medicine that aims to deliver a pipeline of one-time therapeutics for major chronic pet health conditions.
