Tikehau made the investment through its pan-European minority growth equity fund. Addev, of Lyon, France, is an industrial company that specializes in the conversion and custom cutting of high-performance materials like insulation, technical films, adhesives, foams.
Tioga Medical said April 4 that it raised $15 million in Series A financing led by The Capital Partnership. Cormorant Healthcare Fund, AMED Ventures, and Shangbay Capital participated in the round. Tioga Media, a Shifamed portfolio company, provides valve replacement solutions for mitral and tricuspid applications that aim to be simpler and less invasive.
IA Capital Group said April 3 that it raised $150 million across three funds. They include Inter-Atlantic Stonybrook Insurtech Ventures, Inter-Atlantic G Fund and Inter-Atlantic Ivy. IA Capital, of New York, focuses on insurtech. Stonybrook Capital acted as placement agent to Inter-Atlantic Stonybrook Insurtech Ventures.
Nutrafol said April 2 that it raised $35 million in Series B financing led by the growth fund of L Catterton. Unilever Ventures, an existing investor, also participated. Nutrafol is nutraceutical brand that aims to improve hair growth performance.

MineralTree said March 27 that it closed a $50 million growth equity investment led by Great Hill Partners. Existing investors .406 Ventures and Eight Roads Ventures participated. MineralTree is an accounts payable and payment automation solution provider.
