Industrial Growth Partners has acquired Microporous Products, a Piney Flats, Tenn.-based maker of rubber and polyethylene battery separators for the lead-acid battery industry. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Golub Capital helped finance the deal with $10 million in subordinated debt and equity. www.mplp.com

LNK Partners has led a recapitalization of Ariat International Inc., a Union City, Calif.-based maker of branded equestrian footwear, apparel, and accessories.
