Lion Chemical Capital has agreed to acquire the EPDM and Rubber Chemicals businesses of Chemtura Corp. (NYSE: CEM). No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, although Chemtura did say that the units have annual revenues of approximately $300 million. www.chemtura.com
