Hippo Enterprises to go public via merger with Reinvent Technology Partners Z

Hippo Enterprises Inc, a home insurance company, has agreed to go public with Reinvent Technology Partners Z, a blank check company led by Reid Hoffman, Mark Pincus and Michael Thompson.
