VC-backed Perimeter closes reverse takeover of New World

Perimeter Medical Imaging, a portfolio company of Canadian venture capital firm Roadmap Capital, has completed a reverse takeover of New World Resource Corp, giving the company a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
