VC-backed Spruce Biosciences adds CFO and VP to team

San Francisco-based Spruce Biosciences, a developer of novel therapies for rare endocrine disorders, has named Samir Gharib as chief financial officer and Dr. Dasharatha Reddy as vice president of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
