Yahoo has acquired Incredible Labs, developer of the personal assistant app Donna, VentureBeat reported. No financial terms were disclosed. Donna will shut down after the deal closes. Incredible Lab’s backers include Khosla Ventures, Betaworks, Maynard Webb, CrunchFund and actor Ashton Kutcher.
